A prominent home improvement and furnishings company is seeking a self motivated individual who will be responsible for contacting persons who have responded to their advertising or lead generation efforts and create a professional relationship through building rapport, creating excitement for their concept, confirming personal information, and securing an appointment for an open house at their facility.
The ideal candidate must:
- have previous call center experience, preferably outbound.
- be enthusiastic, energetic and have excellent communication skills with a clear friendly phone voice.
- be confident, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet goals.
- have a neat professional business appearance.
- be a team player and have the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
- have an excellent work ethic and work history.
- be reliable and have high personal integrity.
- be computer literate.
- be at least 18 years of age.
- have the ability to work afternoons, evenings and Saturday.
