Founded in 1988 by Marion Reinhard, as Reinhard Temps Ltd., the company has continued to grow over the years both independently and through acquisitions.
In 2006, Marion sold the company to her employee and daughter, Allison Madison who created Madison Approach Staffing, Inc. Shortly thereafter, Madison acquired EAB Personnel. In 2012, Allison acquired Hire Choice Staffing (formerly Career Blazers) to further expand the company and its capability to service clients throughout the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut Tri-State area.
